- 60 ml Simple Syrup (equal parts of sugar and water)
- 60 ml ginger beer
Instructions
- Add the vodka, lemon wedges, and mint leaves to a shaker.
- Muddle the mixture until all liquid is contained in the shaker.
- Add the lime juice and simple syrup to the mixture, then shake vigorously
- Pour the drinks into a rocks glass
- Add the ginger beer
- Garnish with a lime wedge
