  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Brush the cut sides of squash with the olive oil and sprinkle with ½ teaspoon each of salt and pepper.
  4. Place the squash cut-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, or until the squash is tender when pierced with a fork.
  5. Remove the squash from the oven and reduce the oven temperature to 350°F.
  6. Using a fork, gently separate the strands of the squash from the peel and place the strands into a bowl.
  7. Add the garlic powder, cream cheese, Parmesan, parsley, and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper to the bowl and stir until fully combined.
  8. Spoon the mixture into the shells of the squash halves and bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and serve. Enjoy!

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (10-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound uncooked spaghetti, broken in half
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is softened.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, parsley, garlic powder, oregano, garlic salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti in the boiling water until just tender, about 12 minutes. Drain.
  5. Melt the butter in a large bowl. Add the cooked spaghetti and the sauce; toss to coat.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy!
