  6. Pour in the chicken broth and honey, stirring well. Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until it has thickened slightly.
  7. Pour the curry sauce over the cooked chicken and serve with rice.

  1. Cook the chow mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the onions, carrots, and peppers to the skillet, cooking for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add the minced garlic and stir for 1 minute.
  5. Add the cooked chow mein noodles to the skillet along with soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
