- 1 (3-4 pound) whole chicken
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
To prepare the dish, take the melted butter and rub it all over the outside of the chicken. Season with the sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Place the chicken in the pressure cooker pot with the olive oil. Add the chicken stock to the pot and then close the lid. Lock the lid and set to high pressure. Cook for 15 minutes, then use a natural release to lower the pressure.
