- Continue to whisk for about 8 minutes, or until the mixture becomes thick and shiny. At this time you can transfer the mixture to a stand mixer to let it whip for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes thick and glossy.
- Prepare a baking pan with parchment paper and some arrowroot powder.
- Pour your marshmallow fluff into the pan, then lightly sift arrowroot powder all over the top. This will prevent sticking.
- Allow to set overnight, or at least 8 hours.
- When marshmallow is completely set, turn onto a cutting board and cut into desired shapes. Sprinkle with more arrowroot powder.
