- 1 (750ml) bottle vodka or cognac

First, blend together 3 cups of blackberries and 2 ½ cups of white sugar in a blender until it forms a thick syrup. Next, add the syrup to 4 large mason jars, dividing it equally between each one. Then, pour 1 (750ml) bottle of vodka or cognac into each jar and tightly secure the lid. Store jars in a cool, dark place and leave for 4 to 6 weeks, shaking the jars every 2 days. Strain the liqueur through a fine-mesh sieve into a pourable container and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!

- 1 liter of vodka or cognac
- 400g blackberries (fresh or frozen are both fine)
- 350g white sugar
- 3 tablespoons of elderflower concentrate
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 4 tablespoons of rosewater
Begin by adding the vodka or cognac, blackberries, sugar and elderflower concentrate to a blender and blend until the blackberries are broken down and the mixture is well combined. Pour the mixture into a bottle and add the sliced lemon, honey and rosewater. Shake the bottle to combine the ingredients and let stand at room temperature for 8 hours. After 8 hours, strain the mixture through a sieve and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy over ice, topped with club soda and lemon.
