  2. In a large skillet, melt butter, then add the diced onions and celery and sauté until tender, about 4 minutes.
  3. Add chicken broth, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper and mix to combine.
  4. Add cubed bread and mix to combine. The mixture may be a bit dry; add a touch more chicken broth if needed.
  5. Remove from heat, then pour the dressing into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden-brown.
