- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions:
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter or margarine and press firmly into an ungreased 9-inch square baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, blend together the cream cheese and white sugar until smooth. Spread over the crust.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the condensed milk, cold water and lemon juice and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, stirring until melted. Pour over cream cheese filling and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
Chocolate Delight Dessert
Ingredients:
- 1 box (3 ½ ounces) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1 package (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 1 package (14 ounces) caramels, softened
- Fudge Sauce/Topping (optional)
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk. Pour into an 8-inch baking pan.
- In a small bowl, blend together the cream cheese, white sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread over the pudding layer. Pour the evaporated milk torte evenly over cream cheese layer.
- In a medium bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave (1 minute on high). Once melted, stir in the sour cream until smooth. Pour mixture over evaporated milk layer.
- In a medium bowl, beat together the caramels and ¼ cup water until light and fluffy (3 to 4 minutes). Spread over chocolate layer and chill for 3 hours or overnight.
- If desired, drizzle with Fudge Sauce/Topping before serving.

- Add the white sugar and stir until dissolved. Bring to a boil and boil for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until completely melted and sauce is smooth.
