- ½ cup jaggery (or to taste)
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 6 cups water

Instructions
- Heat ghee in a pan and add the flour to it. Mix it well and fry until it turns golden. Add the jaggery, water, cardamom powder and saffron. Simmer for about 10 minutes or till it thickens and becomes sticky.
- Take it off the heat and let it cool before making your Prasad. Take a any small pot with fresh clean water, pour the Prasad mixture into it with the help of a spoon.
- Keep stirring the mixture until it forms into small balls. Take a few of these Prasad balls and transfer it to individual plates.
- Offer these Prasad balls to the divine and enjoy the delicious Satyanarayan Prasad.

- Take a pan and heat the ghee in it. Add the sooji/rava and roast it for 2-3 minutes or until it turns aromatic.
- Add the water, sugar and cardamom powder to the pan and give it a good mix. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until it becomes thick and has a halwa-like consistency.
- Take off the heat and let it cool. Once cooled, add the nuts. Give it a good mix.
- Place the mixture into an oven safe bowl and bake in pre-heated oven at 350 F for 15 minutes.
- Take it off the oven and serve the delicious Satyanarayan Pooja Prasad Sheera Halwa.
